• We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.

• On confirming, return will be organised by you. It is mandatory that all packaging material be returned along with products i.e. box, individual cloth bags, sealing pouches, free gift, etc . Once the product reaches our warehouse, quality check is done and refund is processed within 48 hours. 

• During return pick up, please be sure to take receipt from the delivery person so we can track the return shipment.  

• For prepaid orders, refund is done to original payment mode. For COD orders, refund is done via UPI/Gpay/Phone pe/Paytm or the client's bank account.

• If requested by you, we will re-send the same design or in case of non-availability we will initiate the return and refund process. All refunds will only be done when the product reaches our warehouse and quality check is done. Products that are damaged or modified by the customer may not be accepted.

Shipping Policy

• We care about our clients and make sure that all our products are well-packed for shipping. When the product gets shipped from our warehouse, the customer receives a Whatsapp message with tracking details.

• We offer free shipping within India. 

• For international shipping, the shipping is free for orders above $300 and if it's below USD 300,  default shipping charges OF USD 19/ INR 1600 is added. 

• The shipping provider attempts delivery three times before returning the product to our warehouse. 

• For timely delivery, please make sure that the delivery address and contact information are correct.

International shipments :
